This course teaches a classic beginning technique of meditation and everything you'll need to be successful at it. You'll learn about stress -- how to identify it, how the body functions differently during stress, and how to use your mind to stop stressing! You'll learn how to use "mini-meditations" which can be as short as three minutes, to help you stay calm during stressful times. You'll also learn how to use meditation for high-performance with testing, presentations, homework, sports, and relationships.
Our classes are small, friendly, and informal. You can meet new friends, and you can bring a friend or two with you to share the experience. Training is easy-to-follow using activities, exercises, illustrated posters, and interactive games. Teens who've gone through it say it's interesting, fun and very helpful!
This class can also be done in private instruction with dates and times around your schedule. We hope to see you soon!
